A familiar gathering place, lively interactions, and a shopping experience that brings people from across the region together: Messepark continues to evolve—while staying closely attuned to the needs of its visitors.
While work on the future is underway behind the scenes, everyday life at Messepark remains pleasant, comfortable, and easily accessible. Clear pathways, additional parking options, and easy navigation ensure that visitors can continue to arrive stress-free and enjoy their visit. In this way, Messepark already combines the tried-and-true with new perspectives.
New parking spaces
On Tuesday, April 7, 2026, renovations began at Messepark. The changes: The entrance and parking lot near Interspar and the access point in the Magenta area have been closed. The main entrance is now via the West Entrance (across from ÖAMTC).
The parking decks and their entrances will remain fully open. In addition, a new, spacious parking lot is available near MediaMarkt. Comprehensive signage and prominent directional signs ensure easy navigation and short walking distances. This means that visiting Messepark remains comfortable and hassle-free even during the renovation phase.
Getting there by public transportation is also easy: From the new “Messeplatz” city bus stop, visitors can go directly to the West Entrance.
There are also covered bike racks available for cyclists.

The combination of ongoing operations, targeted improvements and a clear vision for the future underscores Messeparks role as a destination for shopping, enjoyment, and quality of life—today and tomorrow.
